Master Samir Baki is a partner lawyer at Ltd Advocatenkantoor Samir Baki. He began his career as a lawyer in 2007. During his independent practice, he also obtained a Master’s degree in Criminological Sciences from the University of Ghent. In 2018, he completed the postgraduate training in Curator-Liquidator at the Catholic University of Leuven, after having previously completed the full curator training at Confocus in 2017 and again in 2023. He has also been an intern with a curator since 2021. Continuous education is highly valued.

Due to his extensive knowledge, lawyer Samir Baki can advise and represent his clients in various areas of law. His specialties include corporate law, liability law, and contract law, but he is also ready to assist with numerous other legal matters in immigration law, family law, and criminal law. He provides his services to both individuals and businesses.

Master Samir Baki is regularly appointed as a guardian by the justice of the peace courts. In 2024, he was appointed as a bankruptcy trustee of the Dutch-speaking Commercial Court in Brussels, after thorough training and intensive collaboration with Master Rutger Belsack, a lawyer at the Brussels Bar and also a bankruptcy trustee.

Master Samir Baki is an examiner at the Legal Aid Bureau for the sections of Immigration Law, Administrative Law, and Constitutional Law. He regularly participates in the Salduz Duty and holds the certificate for "cassation in criminal matters."
